Can I upgrade my account?

Yes, you definitely can upgrade your account at anytime. However, if you are upgrading between any of our dedicated servers (VPS & Cloud Servers included), you may not be able to get a credit for any unused period.

Upgrading is simple too - login to your client account, select the product you want to upgrade to, and place the order with a note that you would like to upgrade. Once you've paid for the upgrade / new purchase, we will contact you with more information to ensure your upgrade / migration is as painfree as possible.
